7.3 Late Payments

Late payments may result in:

  • Suspension of services
  • Late payment fees as outlined in service agreements
  • Legal action to recover outstanding amounts

7.4 Refunds

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by Either Party

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days' written notice. One-time projects are governed by their specific agreements.

11.2 Immediate Termination

We may terminate your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Illegal or harmful activities
  • Any reason we deem necessary to protect our business

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use our Service ceases immediately
  • Outstanding payments become due immediately
